Can I sit in on the session?

My parent lives far away. Can this be done remotely?
Yes. Carl conducts sessions via Zoom or FaceTime. He'll guide your parent through everything on their own device, step by step. Remote sessions work just as well as in-person ones.
What if my parent has never used a computer or smartphone?
That's perfectly fine. Carl has worked with clients at every level — from complete beginners to people who just need help with specific tools. The session is tailored entirely to their starting point.
Is this a subscription or ongoing commitment?
No. It's a single $95 session with everything included. If your parent wants additional sessions later, that's their choice — but there's no pressure, no upsell, and no recurring charges.
